Dedicate yourself to a morning Sadhana (ritual practice), where you wake up at dawn and practice Kundalini.  Including Asana, Meditation, Mantra and Philosophy, this is a beautiful way to begin your day.  And if you sleep in, the replay is available indefinitely.  A new practice each morning and evening!  Complete each class with an astrological forecast for the day so that you can always know the current cosmic forecast.
